Hotel Ottoman Luxury Istanbul

The hotel was in a fantastic location, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazar. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a luxurious and clean bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. The view from the rooftop terrace over Gulhane Park added to the overall wonderful experience.

There were issues with non-English speaking staff, which made communication difficult at times.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, as it is right in front of Gulhane stop, making it extremely convenient for transportation. the hotel is situated right on the tram line and is very close to the Marmaray metro station.

The noise from the tramway station next to the hotel may disturb light sleepers at night.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location near public transportation and popular tourist attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrace.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul! Firstly, the location couldn't have been better. It's right opposite Gulhane tram station, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication a breeze. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and I especially loved having a balcony to enjoy the city views. The breakfast served was delicious and provided a great start to the day. this hotel offered excellent value for money with its attention to detail and basic amenities.

During my New Year stay, I loved the freshly decorated bedrooms and the excellent shower in the clean and neat bathrooms. The hotel's location was also a highlight, with easy access to key Istanbul attractions and historical monuments. One advantage that I enjoyed was the rooftop view with amazing sunsets and added to the overall charm of the experience.

I was a bit disappointed that the guy at the reception did not have a computer to check reservations. It seemed a bit inconvenient that he had to rely on his boss over the phone for verification.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds, made for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation right across the street, great to explore the city easily. One of the highlights was the rooftop balcony, offering a fine view of the nearby park and beautiful trails.

There were some disappointing aspects to our stay. Upon arrival, we were initially asked to stay in a different hotel due to an electricity problem.
